Shipping and payment

SHIPPING OPTIONS

We deliver orders via Packeta, and you have 2 options to choose from:

  • delivery to a Packeta Pick-up point or to a self-service box, so-called Z-BOX
  • delivery to the address
    (for more information on delivery methods see below)

We try to process your order (i.e. hand over to the shipping carrier) within 2 business days from the date you place your order or 2 business days from the date of payment. Subsequently, Packeta delivers up to 80% of shipments by the second day.

      1. Delivery to a Packeta Pick-up point or to a self-service box, so-called Z-BOX
        • When delivering to a Pick-up point or self-service Z-BOX, use the map widget in your cart to find the one you have nearby. Thousands of Pick-up points across Europe and self-service Z-BOXes are available.

        • After the order is handed over for transport, you will receive an email from Packeta with the shipment tracking number.
        • As soon as the order is ready at the selected pick-up point, Packeta will send you an informative e-mail and a text message with a password for pickup.
        • You just need to report the password at the pick-up point. You can send anyone to pick up your parcel – just give them the password.
        • You can pay the cash on delivery amount directly at the pick-up point, either in cash or by payment card.
        • When delivered to a Z-BOX, all you need to pick up your package is the Packeta mobile application, which automatically pairs with the Z-BOX and opens the box with your package. Alternativelly, you can enter your code to open the box manually.
        • You have usually 7 days to pick up your parcel, with the option of extending it by another 14 days. The maximum storage period for the parcel is therefore 21 days. You can extend the storage period on the Packeta website or in the Packeta mobile application. If this option does not suit you, please contact the Packeta customer service line.
        • We recommend downloading the Packeta mobile application, thanks to which you can track the status of the shipment, extend its storage period up to 21 days or pay cash on delivery. Prices for Delivery to the delivery point/Z-BOX:
          Delivery to Slovak Republic – 2.90 EUR
          Delivery to Czech Republic – 3.50 EUR
      2. Delivery directly to the address
        • When delivering to the address, we deliver shipments directly to customers’ addresses – the courier will bring the shipment to your hands, to any address in Slovakia or the Czech Republic.
        • After handing over the goods for transport, you will receive an e-mail from Packeta with the tracking number of the shipment. Shipping prices:
          Delivery to Slovak Republic – 3.90 EUR
          Delivery to Czech Republic – 4.50 EUR

PAYMENT OPTIONS

You can choose the payment methiod in shopping cart beforfe confirming your order:

    • Payment with debit/credit card

Make a payment with your debit/credit card after confirming your order with via Stripe payment gateway. It is fast and comfortable. After successful payment, your order is confirmed immediately.

    • Bank transfer

Payment by wire transfer to our bank account. After confirming the order, you will receive all the necessary payment information such as bank account number, amount and payment reference. Order number is always used as a payment reference. It usually takes 1 business day to receive your payment and  your order will be confirmed  once we have received the payment. You will receive email confirmation upon order confirmation.

    • Cash on Delivery

Pay in cash or by card upon receipt of the order. Payment on delivery is charged at 1,20 EUR .
