RETURN

You can return the goods within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason for return.

The returned goods must be unused, in their original condition, with all labels and original packaging. The consumer is responsible for any damage of the goods resulting from handling the goods that goes beyond what is necessary to evaluate the fit of the products.

We will refund your money to your bank account within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the Return request.

Return via the shipping company Packeta (free)

1. Pack the goods you want to return as a package.
2. Please include the completed Return request form in the package.
3. Choose the nearest Packeta delivery location: https://www.packeta.sk/pobocky
4. Code to be used when posting the package „92843402“.
5. Hand over the package and receive a confirmation of its receipt. You do not pay anything.
6. In a few days you will receive an email stating that the package has arrived safely.

Return via post

If the location of any of the Packeta branches is not convenient for you, you can send the package to us by post (at your own expense).

1. Pack the goods you want to return as a package.
2. Please include the completed Return request form in the package.

4. In a few days you will receive an email stating that the package has arrived safely.
